Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed by worry, upsetting intrusive thoughts, or past emotional wounds that continue to affect their relationships, confidence, and sense of safety. They are ready for relief, connection, and to feel more in control of their lives. I help clients by providing specialized expertise in treating anxiety, OCD, OCPD, perfectionism, and the deep echoes of trauma—from relational and intergenerational wounds to betrayal. My work is also deeply supportive of people moving through divorce, infidelity, dating, career transitions, and other significant life and relationship challenges.
